The NFC chip inside each card is rated for over 10 years of regular use and can withstand more than 100,000 taps. The physical card lifespan depends on the material — metal cards are the most durable, while PVC cards typically last 3-5 years with daily use.
Yes. Your card links to your Ideal Bio digital profile, which you can update anytime from your dashboard. Change your phone number, add new links, swap your photo — all without ordering a new card. The NFC chip and QR code point to your live profile.

Yes. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged products. Because cards are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Full return policy →
Yes. Orders of 25+ cards receive tiered discounts: 25-49 cards get 10% off, 50-99 get 15% off, and 100+ get 20% off. Enterprise pricing is available for orders of 500+. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a carrier link. You can also view real-time order status in your dashboard under the Orders section. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment.

Click "Get Started" on any page, enter your email and create a password (or sign in with Google). Your account is created instantly and you can start customizing your Ideal Bio profile right away. Account setup guide →
Go to your Dashboard, open Account Settings, and click Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm. You can also use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset via email.

Commission rates depend on your tier: Affiliates earn 10%, Ambassadors 15%, Influencers 15-20% (performance-based), Agencies 20%, and Resellers receive wholesale pricing at 30-40% below retail. Compare all tiers →
Partner commissions are paid 30 days after the transaction date. This allows time for the return window to close. Payments are sent via PayPal or direct bank transfer on the 1st and 15th of each month. Minimum payout threshold is $50.
We offer five tiers: Affiliate (content creators and bloggers), Ambassador (brand advocates), Influencer (social media creators with 5K+ followers), Agency (marketing and design agencies), and Reseller (businesses selling our products at volume). Technical
All iPhones from iPhone 7 and later support NFC reading natively. Most Android phones with NFC (Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy, OnePlus, etc.) work as well. For phones without NFC, the QR code printed on every card serves as a universal fallback. Troubleshooting NFC issues →
NFC operates within approximately 1-4 centimeters (about 1.5 inches). Simply hold the card against the back of the phone near the NFC reader area for 1-2 seconds to trigger the tap. On iPhones, the reader is at the top of the device; on most Android phones, it is in the center-back area.
NFC requires a physical tap and works within a few centimeters — fast and seamless. QR codes are scanned with a phone camera from a distance (up to several feet). Our products include both technologies so you always have a way to share: tap when close, scan from afar. Setup guide for both methods →
The chip stores only a URL that links to your Ideal Bio profile. No personal data is stored on the chip itself. All your information lives securely on our encrypted servers and can be updated at any time from your dashboard. Read our Privacy Policy →
No. NFC chips are passive — they draw power wirelessly from the phone's NFC reader during a tap. There is no battery to charge or replace, and the chip will work for the entire lifespan of the card with zero maintenance.
